(More customer reviews)My daughter wore these sandals just a couple of times, and one of the ankle straps detached. The stitching held up fine, but the piece of leather/fabric pulled away from the seam. And, the second one is beginning to do the same thing.
However, the company provided a full refund and did not require us to return the sandals. In fact, they recommended having them repaired and ending up with virtually free sandals. So, while we're not impressed with the quality of the product, we are very pleased with the company's customer service.
